Mr. Splash Car Wash is a locally owned company that is locally supported by our customers and locally operated by our staff. We have 6 locations from Beloit to Janesville, Madison and Sun Prairie. Each of our locations have an amazing group of staff that are the front line for our customers and their experiences.

 

These positions range from attendants, leads, assistant managers and our store managers. Each member of our staff plays a vital role in what you see and experience.

Dylan started with the company as a part-time attendant and has been with the company for a couple of years. Even though he did leave to pursue other opportunities, he returned and currently holds the position of assistant manager at one of our Rock County locations. Below are just some questions to highlight who Dylan is and to celebrate him as a valuable employee of

What do you enjoy most about working for Mr. Splash Car Wash?

I enjoy the job itself and the people that are around me.

What made you decide to come back after leaving?

The feeling of comradery and that we are more than just coworkers here we are a team. 

​

What motivates you to come to work every day?

What motivates me to come to work every day is my 6-year-old son.

​

What is your favorite part of working here?

My favorite part of working here is the culture of the company.

​

What is the most important thing you have learned while working at the car wash?

The most important thing I have learned is how to be more outgoing and how to break out of my shell.

​

What is your proudest accomplishment at work?

My proudest accomplishment is becoming a leader, who gets to work alongside an awesome crew.

What do you think makes our company unique?

I think what makes our Mr. Splash unique is our ability to communicate with everyone throughout the entire company and that we all work collectively to achieve our goals.

What advice would you give to someone starting in your role?

My advice would be to just surround yourself with people that are willing to support you and that have the wisdom and knowledge to help you along the way.

What is something that people might be surprised to learn about you?

Something you might be surprised to learn about me is that I love to work on cars and engines in my free time.

I love mechanical challenges and problem solving them.
